Reformer Foundations
A precision-led reformer class focused on strength, alignment, and control. Intentional, intelligent movement designed to build a strong, resilient base.
Reformer Sculpt
A progressive reformer class that builds endurance and full-body strength through controlled, athletic sequencing. Expect a slow burn, refined challenge, and long-lasting results.
Reformer Strength
A performance-driven reformer class designed to increase load, power, and muscular endurance while maintaining impeccable form. Structured, methodical, and results-focused.
Infrared Heated Studio
Our Infrared Studio elevates Pilates and sculpt training in a heated environment maintained between 85–95°F, an optimal temperature to warm the muscles, support circulation, and enhance performance without overwhelming the body. Infrared heat is known to promote improved blood flow, support detoxification through sweat, and help muscles recover more efficiently. The result is a deeply energizing workout that builds strength, increases mobility, and leaves you feeling both challenged and renewed.
Infrared Sculpt
Low-impact, high-burn sculpting that blends Pilates-based strength work with infrared heat to support deeper muscle engagement, circulation, and recovery.
Infrared HIIT Sculpt
A higher-energy, interval-based sculpt class that layers cardio bursts into Pilates-inspired strength work. Infrared heat amplifies intensity while remaining joint-friendly and controlled.
Infrared Flow
A grounded, athletic heated yoga flow designed to improve mobility, circulation, and clarity—intentionally paced to balance strength and restoration.
Non-Heated Studio
Our Non-Heated Studio is anchored by our signature barre classes—an incredibly effective full-body workout that perfectly complements Pilates. Expect precise, high-rep strength work that builds endurance, improves posture, and delivers the deep, satisfying burn barre lovers crave—without the heat. Alongside barre, you’ll find classical mat Pilates, sculpt express classes, and restorative flow, plus pre- and post-natal and Mommy + Me sessions designed to support women through every stage of movement and motherhood.
Barre
A refined, low-impact barre class emphasizing posture, endurance, and sculpting through controlled, intentional movement. Strength without the heat.
Cardio Barre
A more dynamic barre class that integrates light cardio intervals to elevate heart rate while maintaining Forme House precision. Energizing, athletic, and efficient.
Classical Mat Pilates
A traditional mat Pilates class rooted in classical sequencing and technique, incorporating small props to enhance feedback, alignment, and core engagement.
Mat Pilates Sculpt (Express)
A 30–45 minute, high-efficiency mat class designed for maximum impact in minimal time. Pilates fundamentals layered with light resistance—ideal for a lunchtime reset or quick strength boost.
Non-Heated Flow
A calm, non-heated yoga flow focused on mobility, balance, and breath. Grounded and accessible—perfect for recovery days or as a complement to strength-based training.
