Our FORME Reformer classes bring an athletic edge to classical Pilates. Using spring resistance, intelligent sequencing, and thoughtful props, these workouts challenge strength, stability, and endurance in ways that often surprise first-timers. Whether you're new to the machine or a seasoned athlete, the Reformer delivers a full-body experience that's powerful, precise, and incredibly effective. You'll leave every session feeling strong, energized, and grateful you carved out this time for you.
FORME METHOD
The foundation of everything we do. Our signature full-body reformer class and the truest expression of the Forme method. Layered sequencing, dynamic movement, and the smart use of props challenge your strength and balance in equal measure. Welcoming to every level, this is where you find your Forme.
FORME SCULPT
A high-energy reformer class with real intensity. Think strength work, cardio bursts, and electric energy packed into a fast, fun hour. Best for movers with prior reformer experience who are ready to push.
Infrared Heated Studio
Our Infrared Studio elevates Pilates and sculpt training in a heated environment maintained between 85–95°F, an optimal temperature to warm the muscles, support circulation, and enhance performance without overwhelming the body. Infrared heat is known to promote improved blood flow, support detoxification through sweat, and help muscles recover more efficiently. The result is a deeply energizing workout that builds strength, increases mobility, and leaves you feeling both challenged and renewed.
FORME HEAT
Our signature class. Low-impact, high-burn sculpting that blends Pilates-based strength work with infrared heat for deeper muscle engagement, better circulation, and recovery that feels as good as it works.
FORME FLOW
A grounded, athletic heated yoga flow designed to improve mobility, circulation, and clarity—intentionally paced to balance strength and restoration.
FORME AFTER DARK
Your 7:30 reservation. Lights low, music loud, sweat on. A beat-driven sculpt that hits like a night out — low-impact, high-burn.
Non-Heated Studio
Our Non-Heated Studio is anchored by our signature barre classes—an incredibly effective full-body workout that perfectly complements Pilates. Expect precise, high-rep strength work that builds endurance, improves posture, and delivers the deep, satisfying burn barre lovers crave—without the heat. Alongside barre, you’ll find classical mat Pilates, sculpt express classes, and restorative flow, plus pre- and post-natal and Mommy + Me sessions designed to support women through every stage of movement and motherhood.
FORME BARRE
A high-energy, beat-driven barre class built on rhythm, endurance, and sculpting through intentional movement. Turn up the music. Strength without the heat.
FORME MAT
A full-body workout that leverages Pilates-inspired movement to deliver something exceptional. Expect layered sequencing and props that add challenge, with advancements and modifications for every level. This is the class builds heat from within and will develop your best Forme.
FORME THIRTY
A 30 minute, high-efficiency mat class designed for maximum impact in minimal time. Ideal for a lunchtime reset or quick strength boost. Unlimitted members can double up for an added challenge!
FORME FLOW
A calm, non-heated yoga flow focused on mobility, balance, and breath. Grounded and accessible—perfect for recovery days or as a complement to strength-based training.
